Which AI tools do the courses use?+
Our courses are model-neutral. You learn skills — prompting, analysis, agents, automation and governance — that work with ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Copilot, Grok and open-source models. Prompts in the courses can be pasted into whichever AI assistant you or your employer use.
Is Artilern affiliated with any AI company?+
No. Artilern is an independent training platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Microsoft, xAI or any other AI model provider. All product names are trademarks of their respective owners, and every certificate is issued by Artilern.
Are the exam prep tracks official certifications?+
No. The four exam prep tracks are independent study material to help you prepare for third-party AI certification exams. Completing them earns an Artilern Certificate of Training Completion — not the third-party certification itself, which is only awarded by the exam provider.
How does the certificate work?+
Pass the final exam with 70% or above and you receive a digital certificate with a unique credential ID, valid for 1 year. You can add it to your LinkedIn profile in one click and download it as a PDF.
How can an employer verify my certificate?+
Every certificate has a QR code and a link to artilern.si/verify. Anyone can enter the credential ID to confirm it is genuine. Each certificate's fingerprint is also recorded on the Polygon blockchain, so it can be checked independently — no personal data is stored on the blockchain.
How many exam attempts do I get?+
Every course exam allows 2 attempts, and the pass mark is 70% for all programs. Exam prep tracks include unlimited practice. If you don't pass after 2 attempts, contact support@artilern.si.
What do I get with lifetime access?+
One payment gives you permanent access to everything in your purchased program — all content, all exams, and all future updates to that program. The Full Platform Bundle also includes every new course we launch at no extra cost.
Do you offer refunds?+
We offer a 7-day refund if you haven't accessed more than 20% of the course content. Contact support@artilern.si and we'll process it promptly.
